Field Day is Coming Soon!!!

The PE Department is excited to bring Field Day back to Stevens Forest this year! Field Day is on Wednesday, May 18th (3-hr early release day – students dismiss at 12:30pm). *Please note: Rain Date is Wednesday, June 1st!
 
Field Day is a special day that focuses on having fun, being active and applying the skills that were taught in PE this year. Students will be participating in stations throughout the day that include a variety of different physical activities and games. To show their school pride, we are asking each student to wear a shirt matching the color for their grade:

• 5th = WHITE
• 4th = GREEN
• 3rd = RED
• 2nd = ORANGE
• 1st = PURPLE
• K  = BLUE
• PK= YELLOW

Sneakers: Every student must wear sneakers or athletic shoes for Field Day. This is a safety concern; if a student does not have sneakers they will not be able to participate in the activities.
 
Water Bottles: Each student will be given their own SFES Field Day water bottle, which they can use during the day! (shhh this is a surprise for the students!). *A very special thank you to our amazing PTA and Administrators for their generosity and support in purchasing these for our students!
 
Lunch: Students who normally get school lunch can still get their lunch at school, students that normally bring lunch can still bring their lunch. The cafeteria will provide a grab and go bag lunch on Field Day for students who want school lunch. Students will eat lunch in their classrooms.
