Kindergarten Registration - Children must be 5 years old on or before September 1 in order to enroll in kindergarten. Every child who is 5 years old by September 1 must be enrolled in a kindergarten program this fall or have an approved waiver. 2022-2023 Pre-K Applications - Families may apply for Pre-K online or using the 2022-2023 Pre-K application. Please note that all application components are required for reporting purposes and should be maintained in student files. For more information about Pre-K, please visit the HCPSS website.

TSES Pre-School Registration - Talbott Springs Pre School is a 4 day/week 2.5-hour program (AM or PM session) open to families who qualify in the Talbott Springs Elementary and the Stevens Forest Elementary attendance areas. Families must meet the eligibility criteria that is outlined at this link. Please call Talbott Springs Elementary at 410-313-6915 for additional information!
