If your child will require medication (prescription or over-the-counter) in school this year, a medication order form will need to be completed by your child's health care provider and submitted with the medication.  We are requesting that parents please contact the Health Room staff to drop off medications and orders.  Please call Nurse Lamb in the Health Room at 410-313-8507 for questions.
