We are very excited to begin enrollment in the Stevens Forest Band and Orchestra program for grades 3-5. This is a yearlong commitment, and in order to register them for the program, a paper registration form OR the online registration form needs to be completed by Friday September 13th. Below are the QR Codes, and all students received a paper copy from their homeroom teacher.
