As a school, we are focusing on building a restorative culture. During the first grading period, all staff implemented the 5 Questions when responding to challenging student behavior. These questions may be helpful to parents in discussing your child’s behavior in school or at home. Please see the questions below:

1. What happened?
2. What were you thinking of at the time?
3. How have others been affected?
4. What would you like to have happen next?
5. What feelings or needs are still with you?
