Night of Excellence

Fri, 05/17/2019 - 10:46am

Tuesday, May 21, 6:30 – 8:00 PM

Please come out and join us for an enriching evening, which will showcase the wide variety of talents at Stevens Forest.  This year we are showcasing all of the Spectacular, Fantastic, Engaging and Successful things that students have done this school year.  Grade level projects, artwork, as well as display boards and products from the various G/T curriculum extension units and instructional seminars will be on display around the building, in the Cafeteria and in Media Center.  The program and the map on the back, will help you find the different displays and work that will be showcased throughout the building. There are colored flags on the right corner of the display boards which relate to times in the program.  You will also find the Mall Art Panel on display in the front hall, as well as other artwork in the showcase and throughout the building.

A Scavenger Hunt will be included inside of the evening program. This will help guide students as they walk around the building. They will need to answer short questions at the different areas. When students leave, they will get a special 10-point Bobcat Ticket for completing the Scavenger Hunt. Parents, on the opposite side of the Scavenger Hunt, you will find a short feedback form.

Student musicians will also be playing a few songs for your enjoyment, outside of the Music Room, from 6:40 – 7:20 PM.
