Please consider supporting the OMHS Food Pantry. Last month, they served more than 60 families (over 300 individuals), and the numbers are rising every month. Many donations are needed for the December distribution. Currently, the greatest non-perishable needs include:
The OMHS Food Pantry is asking for your support with their Amazon Wish List, which is frequently updated with needed items. In addition, there is a link to contribute financially to the Food Pantry through the Online School Payments System. These financial contributions are used to purchase perishable items on the day of Food Pantry distribution (produce, bread, etc.), as well as fill in empty spots on the Pantry shelves. On Wednesday, December 9th, OMHS Food Pantry will be collecting donations on-site at OMHS from 3pm-5pm. We can accept donations of any unexpired non-perishable foods as well as diapers and baby wipes.
In addition, please note that as winter approaches, Columbia Community Care will be changing location from OMMS to the Stevens Forest Neighborhood Center located at 6061 Stevens Forest Road. Distribution of food and goods will be on Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings. The opening date is TODAY, December 2, 2020! Please see the schedule below:
