We know everyone is excited that school will be 5 days a week and in-person for the 2021/22 school year! Now is the time to register your child for school - this is VERY important so we can make sure we are staffed appropriately to meet the needs of our students.
Will your child be 4-years old by September 1st? SFES has a full day Pre-K program that is available to students who meet the first priority criteria: income eligibility, homelessness, and foster care.
At this time, families that qualify for first priority criteria are placed first into Pre-K and second priority applicants are placed on the wait list until mid-August. At that time, the Office of Early Childhood Programs will review enrollment and space availability to see if the second priority criteria applicants can be considered for placement into Pre-K.

If your child will be turning 5 by September 1st, then they are eligible to register for Kindergarten. You can go to https://www.hcpss.org/enroll/kindergarten/ to get all the information about how to register. You can also call 410-313-6900 and our front office staff can help you with your registration questions.
