HCPSS will continue to use your HCPSS Connect/Family File account to schedule Parent Teacher Conferences. Teachers will be holding virtual ELA conferences on Monday, November 22nd, and Tuesday, November 23rd, following early dismissal for students. Beginning Monday,  November 8th, and continuing through next Thursday, November 18th, you can log on to HCPSS Connect at www.hcpss.org/connect to access Synergy Conference Management. You can then choose your desired conference time from the teacher’s availability. Please see the included directions to schedule your conference.  Parents needing assistance should contact our front office staff at 410-313-6900.

Please note:

• If you are unable to attend a conference during the day/evening on 11/22 and 11/23, please contact your child’s teacher directly to arrange a different time.
• If you would like to request an in-person conference, please contact your child’s teacher.

Special Tips for Scheduling Conferences:

• Parent Teacher Conferences will be scheduled in 20-minute increments.  To allow time to end one conference and log on to the next, we recommend that you do not schedule back-to-back conferences with different teachers.  All conferences will need to begin and end on time.
