Stevens Forest Elementary will be holding virtual parent/teacher conferences Monday, 11/22 - Wednesday, 11/24. Parent Teacher Conferences are a great opportunity for staff and parents to partner together for each child’s success.  All conferences will be held virtually with your child’s English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher.  

Beginning TODAY, November 8th, you can log into HCPSS Connect to view and select from the time slots provided by your child’s ELA teacher for the conference.

Directions to Select a Conference Time:

• Login to hcpss.org/connect
• Select Conferences
• Select Parent Scheduled Conferences
• Select a time slot for your conference.

You will have access 11/8/21-11/18/21 to schedule your child’s conference by logging into HCPSS Connect

Dates and Times for Parent Conferences

• Monday, Nov. 22nd from 1:20-7:20 p.m.
• Tuesday, Nov. 23rd from 1:20-7:20 p.m.
• Wednesday, Nov. 24th 8:20 a.m.-3:40 p.m.
  • Please note that not all teachers may be available for all dates and times

Early Dismissal Schedules for Parent Teacher Conference Days 11/22 & 11/23

The HCPSS 2021-2022 calendar includes 3-hour early dismissal days this school year.  Monday, November 22 and Tuesday, November 23 are early dismissal days for Parent Teacher Conferences.
