If you have not completed your Family File for the current school year, please do so ASAP.  This information must be updated each school year.  Updating your Family File is the ONLY way families will be able to view homeroom teacher assignments for the upcoming school year.  In addition, the school needs this critical information prior to the first day of school.

To Complete Family File:

• Log in to HCPSS Connect    https://www.hcpss.org/connect/
  • Select the Family File tab
  • Then click on Family File

Once logged in, parents/guardians will be asked to provide or update the following information:

• Student information
• Parent/guardian contact
• Emergency contacts
• Medical information
• Arrival/dismissal procedures
• Media release (photo approval)
• Data confidentiality
• PTA/PTSA directory

Submit EACH section as you complete.

Please note, SFES will provide computers and staff assistance on the following dates/times to ensure this criticial information is completed:

• 8/29/19 - Kindergarten & Pre-K Back to School Night, computers available from 5:30-6:30 in the Computer Lab
• 8/30/19 - Open House, computers available from 1:45pm to 2:45pm in the Media Center
