Parent Teacher Conferences are this week, 11/23-11/25! Families who registered for a Parent Teacher Conference should have received a confirmation email from noreply@hcpss.org that includes the scheduled time, date, and Google Meet link for your conference. The conference link will be different than the link students use for classroom instruction.

Logging onto Google Meet for your Conference

• Teachers will be using Google Meet security features to prevent “overlap” of conferences.
• Once the conference link is clicked, you may have to wait to be admitted into the Google Meet. Please wait on this screen for the teacher to admit you to the Meet at your scheduled time (see image below). Do not join your scheduled conference early.

Conference Support Room for Parents

If you need support joining your conference, to know the date/time, or to know the conference link for your child(ren)’s teacher, please call the Front Office between 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. at 410-313-6900 on Monday and Tuesday.

In addition, we will also offer virtual support on Monday and Tuesday between 1:00 - 7:00 p.m. at this link https://meet.google.com/hxm-mkgq-yus.  A SFES Staff member will be in this GoogleMeet to help guide you to your conference.

Early Dismissal Schedules Today 11/23 & Tomorrow 11/24

The HCPSS 2020-2021 calendar includes 3-hour early dismissal days this school year.  Today, November 23 and tomorrow, November 24, 2020 are early dismissal days for Parent Teacher Conferences. The virtual schedules have been adjusted for these scheduled early dismissal days to provide students with synchronous learning for each class. Additionally, both full- and half-day PreK classes will meet on these days using a modified schedule.

Early dismissal day revised schedules for all elementary, middle, and high school grades are provided on the 2020-2021 School Year website.
