Register Now for Preschool! Talbott Springs Elementary School is accepting applications for the 2021-2022 school year.

  • HCPSS preschool is a four-day, 2 1/2 hour program that fosters academic, social emotional, and physical development.
  • Children must turn 3 years old by September 1st and meeting eligibility criteria.
