February 7th and 8th are the designated dates for our second round of Parent Teacher Conferences with your child’s mathematics teacher.  HCPSS Connectwill open on January 22 at 8:00 am for you to schedule this conference. We look forward to another opportunity to partner with you about your child and their progress this school year. Please note that all elementary students will be dismissed three hours early on these dates to allow for parent/teacher conferences. Families wishing to conference with any of our related arts teachers can email the teacher(s) directly. Please click here to access our staff roster with email contacts. Kindly review the information below for additional details regarding the format for in-person and virtual conferences.

• Conferences scheduled on Wednesday, February 7, between 1:20 pm and 4:20 pm will be in-person conferences only. 
• Conferences scheduled on Wednesday, February 7, between 4:20 pm and 8:00 pm will be virtual only, using a Google Meet link received as a confirmation email from noreply@hcpss.org  
• Conferences scheduled on Thursday, February 8, will be virtual only, using a Google Meet link received as a confirmation email from noreply@hcpss.org
