Volunteers are needed to help manage the events at the stations or to help as a “chaperone” by joining a grade level throughout the day. • FIELD DAY = Wednesday, May 22nd
• VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION = 9:20am in the gym
• *RAIN DATE = Wednesday, June 5th (3-hr early dismissal day – students are dismissed at 12:55pm)

IMPORTANT VOLUNTEER INFORMATION:

To be a volunteer you must be 21 years of age or older and have no accompanying children. You must complete the two (2) HCPSS volunteer training courses online. Then you'll need to print and submit the two (2) certificates to the front office. Here are the links to complete these requirements:

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Do I need to do these trainings again if I already completed them and submitted the certificates? No, if you've already turned in the 2 certificates to SFES for the 23-24 school year, then you do NOT need to do this again!

2. What if I can't print the certificates?  The front office at SFES has blank copies you can complete and sign.
