How:  A link to our google site will be shared every Tuesday via email/text notification.  Click on the link and enjoy the read aloud of the week!

Why:  The single most important activity for building the knowledge required for eventaul success in reading is reading aloud to children.  Reading aloud to children every day puts them almost a year ahead of children who do not receive daily read alouds.  A child's reading level doesn't catch up to his/her listening level until eighth grade.  You can and should be reading seventh grade books to fifth grade kids.  66% of kids ages 6-11 say that reading together is fun.
