Thank you for your flexibility and patience as we shifted to new start/end times effective 9/20/23, for students and staff. Everyone did a great job yesterday!

• 9:00 am: School Staff on duty to support arrival (students may not arrive prior to 9:00 am)
• 9:10 am: Students invited inside for breakfast
• 9:25 am: Instruction begins (students arriving after this time are late and must be signed in)
• 3:55 pm: Dismissal begins

Please review below to help us speed up dismissal:

Please have your child walk, or walk your child, to school to help with congestion. (You can also park in the adjacent Stevens Forest Community Center parking lot and walk to pick up or drop off your child(ren))

• You may NOT park on the west side of Stevens Forest Road directly across from the school and cross the main road. This is dangerous! Only cross where designated crosswalks are - near Stevens Forest Pool or the tunnel at Kilimanjaro Road. 

Car Riders must exit from the passenger side of the vehicle (please arrange seating accordingly). Adults may not exit the vehicle in the car loop. We have staff to support students.

• We will ask anyone needing to exit their vehicle to pull out of the loop and off to the side. 
• Practice with children on buckling their seat belts independently and have student belongings with them rather than in the trunk.

Please note: Family members must wait in the grass beyond the canopy, to the left or right of the school at dismissal. This is a safety issue for our students.
