To help build excitement for our upcoming Social Emotional Learning Night, we hope all students and staff will participate in an optional Spirit Week. See below and this link.
RSVP now for the next SFES Social Emotional Learning (SEL) night. K-5 Families will have an opportunity to learn more about the Zones of Regulation from our School Counselor, Mrs. Carlson, and School Psychologist, Mrs. Smith. Pre-K Families will learn about SEL topics from the C4L Pre-K curriculum from Early Childhood staff. You will also learn ways to support your child at home with their social emotional learning.
This event will be held on March 11. Dinner will begin at 5:30pm in the cafeteria followed by our meeting. School age students will engage in a Social Emotional Learning activity with school staff while adults participate in this learning. Childcare for younger children is provided. Únase a nosotros para nuestra noche de aprendizaje socioemocional (SEL) de SFES. Las familias de K-5 tendrán la oportunidad de aprender más sobre las zonas de regulación de la mano de nuestra consejera escolar, la Sra. Carlson, y la psicóloga escolar, la Sra. Smith. Las familias de preescolar aprenderán sobre temas de aprendizaje socioemocional del plan de estudios C4L Pre-K del personal de la primera infancia. Este evento se llevará a cabo el 11 de marzo. La cena comenzará a las 5:30 p. m. en la cafetería seguida de nuestra reunión. Los estudiantes en edad escolar participarán en una actividad de aprendizaje socioemocional con el personal de la escuela mientras los adultos participan en este aprendizaje. Se proporciona cuidado infantil para niños más pequeños. ¡Cada estudiante del nivel de grado con el mayor porcentaje de asistencia familiar a este evento ganará 10 puntos DOJO!
