Please note that dogs are not allowed on the school site (with the exception of guide dogs). We would urge parents to speak to extended family members who may not be aware of our policy. Animals in schools or offices, whether leashed or not, present safety, environmental, and liability issues. As a result, animals are prohibited within HCPSS buildings and are also prohibited from school system property during arrival, dismissal, recess, and other HCPSS-sponsored outdoor activities.
