From the SFES Health Room Staff:
Flu season is upon us and SFES is again working with the Maryland Partnership for Prevention (MPP) to aid in getting our students vaccinated. SFES will hold their flu clinic on October 2nd and parents have the option to complete online or paper consents.  Please see the enclosed attachments from MPP which include information on completing either an online or paper consent to have your child vaccinated. Additionally, paper consents will be sent home and parents may choose to use this copy. Whichever consent you choose, all consents must be returned to the health room no later than September 21st.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the health room at 410-313-6900 and speak with Mrs. Conaway or Mrs. Gardner. Thank you for taking this important step to keep our children healthy!
