The Howard County Health Department, in partnership with the Howard County Public School System, has been operating a school-based telemedicine center at Stevens Forest Elementary School since January 2015. Unfortunately, due to low utilization, the School-Based Wellness Centers Telemedicine Program will be leaving the school on April 3, 2019. If your child is enrolled in the school-based telemedicine program and is sick during the school day, you can arrange for a telemedicine visit to occur at Talbott Springs Elementary School by contacting the Stevens Forest school nurse. A letter from the School Health Programs Administrator will be sent home in your child's Daily Communication Folder today to inform parents of this decision.
