We are already preparing for your students’ transition to his/her next grade level and would like to give you the opportunity to share some information that you would like for us to consider as we make placements for next year. This Consideration Form is for you, as parents, to relate specific student information or concerns about your child that you feel would be beneficial as our teachers meet to determine next year’s academic placement.  If you would like to provide information for consideration in placement for next year, please complete the consideration form that will be sent home with your student on Friday, April 26th.  We read and use this information as we make class placements for next year. Your response is optional.  All consideration forms are due by May 10, 2019.  Thank you for your continued support.
