May 4th – 8th is Staff Appreciation Week. We feel very fortunate to work with so many talented teachers and staff members at SFES who do an amazing job working with your wonderful children. We would love your help showing appreciation for our staff members this identified week, as we know they would value your feedback. Please help us make May 4th – 8th memorable for our outstanding staff!

All notes of appreciation can be emailed directly to your child’s teachers (all staff email addresses can be found HERE), shared on Twitter @hcpss_sfes with the hashtag: #SFESconnects, or you can email your participation directly to Dr. Smith at joy_smith@hcpss.org or Mrs. Carter at kathleen_carter@hcpss.org and they will share them for you.

Monday, May 4th

• Email your teacher(s) a thank you note.

Tuesday, May 5th

• Students please complete THIS SURVEY to record three words that describe a SFES teacher. We challenge you to complete for as many staff members that are special to you! This will be shared with the teachers in a Word Collage.

Wednesday, May 6th

• Take a picture of yourself giving virtual hearts to your teachers! See below example.
• Send the picture to your teacher(s) email.

Thursday, May 7th

• Post something special about your teacher on Twitter @hcpss_sfes with the hashtag: #SFESconnects or on the PTA’s Facebook Page .

Friday, May 8th

• Use your art skills and draw your teacher a picture on the sidewalk, paper, on the driveway, or even electronically.
• Send the picture to your teacher(s) email.
