Conference Dates: November 25, 26, 27

Parent-Teacher Conferences offer a wonderful opportunity to learn more about your child’s educational progress and to partner with the school. The upcoming November conferences will be held with your child’s English Language Arts teacher.

Parents/guardians may schedule the parent-teacher conferences using HCPSS Connect starting on Monday, November 11th at 8:00 AM. The window to sign up and schedule closes on Friday, November 22nd at 4:00pm. Please call the front office, if you need further assistance.

Tips for Getting the Most Out of Your Conference Time:

• Be on time for your conference, as they are only 20 minutes in length. Teachers will not be able to give you additional time past your scheduled 20 minutes.
• Be prepared: Be familiar with your child’s first quarter report card grades and recent MAP testing (1st-5th grade).
• Respectfully bring up any questions or concerns.
