Friendship Skills Workshop

Parents can have a strong impact on their children’s social/emotional development to help their children learn positive interpersonal skills that provide success in developing friendhips and the side effect of strong academic skills. This workshop on December 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. will center around social relationships, peer pressure, and self-esteem.

Visitors to SFES

We strongly encourage all parents/guardians to visit their child’s classroom during the school year. Visitation may be restricted, however, due to activities occurring in the classroom such as testing. Early Dismissal

We understand that circumstances may arise when a student may need to be dismissed early for appointments or other reasons. It is important to stress that parents/guardians must report to the front office no later than 3:05 p.m. when picking up their child for an early dismissal. Morning Arrival

We are happy to welcome SFES students every morning but need to stress that there is no supervision available prior to 8:30 am on a daily basis. We have noticed some students who arrive very early. This is a reminder that students must arrive/be dropped off after 8:30 am. Our doors open at 8:45 am. Student safety is very important.

Picture Retake Day
