HCPSS Food and Nutrition Services Survey

HCPSS Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) team has launched a customer satisfaction survey designed to gather feedback from students, families, and staff on the food service program at HCPSS. The survey is available online through May 15. Survey results will be used to identify areas for improvement to ensure satisfaction, and to promote a positive experience in the cafeteria.
