Beginning in December, students of all grades will have the opportunity to share their values and their voice as we work to serve as a Community School that brings families, communities and partners together to remove barriers to learning. Students in Pre-K through 2nd grade will have the opportunity to participate in an age-appropriate community lesson where they will be able to share elements of their dream school, and also draw pictures to represent their wishes. Students in grades 3-5 will complete a digital or paper survey. We are excited to give every student the opportunity to share their voice to contribute to their school. We will continue to use the feedback we receive from all stakeholders to inform actionable goals for our school community. If you do not want your student to participate please complete this Opt-Out Form by Monday November 27th. If you have any questions about the Needs Assessment process, please contact Brittany Fitzpatrick, Stevens Forest’s Community School Site Coordinator.
